4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide necessary materials (text, images, branding guidelines) and approvals in a timely manner. ZivLtd.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete content.
5. Intellectual Property

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered product for their business operations.
