  • Remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before project delivery.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as per UK Late Payment Legislation.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide necessary materials (text, images, branding guidelines) and approvals in a timely manner. ZivLtd.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • ZivLtd.co.uk retains ownership of code and design elements until full payment is received.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered product for their business operations.

  • All third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, plugins) will be clearly communicated if required.

6. Revisions

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
